At Unique Body Wellness Spa we believe that self-care is essential for a healthy mind, body, and soul. That's why we offer self-care Sundays, a monthly event where you can come to relax, recharge, and connect with yourself and others. Each self-care Sunday features a different activity, such as Stretching, R&B Pilates, Yoga Soul, Meditation, aromatherapy, and more.

Bring your Journal. A journal prompt will be provided (or you can freestyle)where you can choose to write in your journal or lay back and take full advantage of the guided sound healing & meditation dropping you into your own love frequency and clear blockages in your heart space so that you are more open to giving and receiving love, which is your birthright and true essence.
